General FAQ
Do I need a driver’s license?
Yes you do. Anyone operating any of our vehicles must have a valid drivers license. Passengers do not require a license.
How old do I have to be?
Operators are to be no younger than 21 years old.
How old are your models?
We update our models every one to two years.
Are trailers included?
Yes, trailers are included with all of our rentals.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up, with the cost depending on the location and number of units.
Do you require a booking deposit?
Yes we do. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my booking at any time?
Yes you can, your booking deposit would then be held as a credit for a future booking. It can be applied to any of our vehicles; snowmobiles, PWCs, ATVs or SxSs.
I’ve never towed a trailer before…
No problem. If you don’t feel comfortable towing a trailer, we recommend our delivery and pick-up service.
Is fuel included?
Our vehicles are supplied full of fuel, and we ask that you return them full. If not returned full, there may be an additional charge.
Is insurance included?
Yes it is. Note that we do not supply insurance for commercial and military rentals.
Snowmobile FAQ
I’ve never driven a snowmobile before, am I still able to rent or take a tour?
We do not rent to anyone without snowmobiling experience. However, those without experience are eligible to take one of our tours.
Do you have towable sleighs available?
Yes we do, we have sleighs available for $40 / sleigh, per day. (Size roughly 84” x 24”)
Are helmets and snowmobile suits included?
Helmets with heated visors are included with every rental and tour. Suits are available for $40 / suit, per day.
Do your snowmobiles have trail passes?
Yes they do, they have trail passes for Manitoba and Ontario.
Is injection oil included?
We will supply the snowmobile(s) full of injection oil, and the customer is responsible for the injection oil they use. Note that this only applies to our snowmobiles with the 2-stroke E-Tec engines.
Do you have snowmobiles for work purposes?
Yes we do, our Expedition models are ideal for hauling and towing. The Expedition’s longer, wider track, and deep-snow skis, give it added flotation for most off-trail tasks.
Personal Watercraft (PWC) FAQ
I’ve never driven a personal watercraft before, am I still able to rent?
This will depend on the experience level, operator’s age, as well as the operating location. Please contact us for more information on whether one would be qualified.
Are life jackets included?
Yes they are. We have multiple sizes available.
Do I need a boating license?
Yes, a Canada Boating License / Pleasure Craft Operator Card is required. A license can be acquired by completing a course at MyBoatCard.com.
I’ve driven a PWC before but I have never unloaded or loaded one onto a trailer…
Our delivery and pick-up service is recommended if you’re not confident or comfortable with loading and/or unloading.
All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) & Side-By-Side (SxS) FAQ
I’ve never driven an ATV or SxS before, am I still able to rent?
We do not rent to anyone without past, operating experience.
Are helmets included?
Yes they are. Goggles are also included.
What do I wear when riding an ATV or SxS?
A long sleeved shirt, pants, gloves, and over the heel boots are recommended. If there’s a chance of rain, you’ll want to bring rain gear along.
